The company was established as a proprietary firm in 2009 and incorporated as a Private Limited Company in 2013. Since its inception, DUCT Engineering Ltd. has steadily expanded its technical capabilities and service portfolio, earning a reputation as a reliable and trusted engineering consultant in Bangladesh.

Our firm provides integrated consultancy services to government agencies, development partners, financial institutions, public sector organizations and private clients throughout the complete project cycle—from project identification and feasibility assessment to detailed design, construction supervision, project management and post-implementation evaluation.

Over the years, DUCT Engineering Ltd. has successfully implemented consulting assignments in collaboration with national agencies and internationally renowned consulting firms, delivering technically sound, economically viable, environmentally sustainable and socially responsible infrastructure solutions. The firm’s multidisciplinary expertise encompasses transportation infrastructure, bridges, water resources, flood control and drainage, buildings, urban infrastructure, geotechnical engineering, environmental management, electrical and mechanical engineering and social infrastructure development.

DUCT Engineering Ltd. maintains a core workforce of approximately 50 engineers comprising engineers, civil engineers, architects, urban and regional planners, environmental specialists, social development experts, economists, surveyors and other technical personnel with extensive experience in planning, design, supervision and project management. The company is equipped with modern engineering software, survey equipment, laboratory facilities, GIS and CAD systems and operates from its own six-storied corporate headquarters in Dhaka.

The company has extensive experience working with major Government of Bangladesh agencies, including the Local Government Engineering Department (LGED), Bangladesh Water Development Board (BWDB), Bangladesh Bridge Authority (BBA), Roads and Highways Department (RHD), Education Engineering Department (EED), Department of Public Health Engineering (DPHE), Military Engineering Services (MES), Bangladesh Agricultural Development Corporation (BADC), Bangladesh Army, Zila Parishads and other government agencies
